Safety guidelines
While breathing exercises can promote relaxation and mental health, they may induce temporary dizziness, light-headedness, or tingling sensations, especially for beginners or those with certain medical conditions. You should practice these exercises in a safe, comfortable environment, preferably seated or lying down to avoid falling or injury in case of dizziness.
Glimp provides guidance for safe breathing practices, but participation in any of these sessions is voluntary and done at your own risk. It is essential to listen to your body and discontinue the exercises if you experience any discomfort. In the case of persistent symptoms or concerns, consult a healthcare provider immediately.
