I use the Glimp Pebbles almost every day, both for myself and my husband. But certainly also in my practice as a respiratory physiologist. What makes the biggest difference for me is that I don't have to count anymore. Vibration guidance feels much more natural and calming than hard beats or timers. All you have to do is feel. I can lie down with my eyes closed and stay fully engaged while the Pebbles set the rhythm. The options for setting the breathing exercises are very versatile, a suitable exercise for everyone at the moment. This works great for me and my clients. The Pebbles are a simple but incredibly effective tool that really deepens my breathing training.

I bought these because I was easily overstimulated. And then had to go to bed with medication to recover. For example, after shopping. Now, when I get home, I'll grab the pebbles. And within fifteen minutes, I will be able to function again. I think it's a special breathing tool. It shows nicely through the vibration when you need to put in or out. Regular relaxation exercises or meditation. Never achieved this result.

I was pleasantly surprised that my Pebbles breathing tool was repaired free of charge—it turned out to be covered by the warranty. The repair was quick, and I received it back in no time. I personally find Pebbles more comfortable than Moonbird. It fits better in the hand, and the difference between inhaling and exhaling is clearer because you hold a Pebble in each hand. Moonbird is also a good tool, but Pebbles works better for me. Highly recommended!

Why not just use an app for this?

We've spoken to many of you, although mindfulness apps can be useful... making them a daily routine often remains a challenge. The vibrations distract your wandering thoughts and help you really focus on your breathing. So you can completely immerse yourself in the exercise! Plus, the Pebbles really teach you HOW to do the breathing exercises and you can see how you did it afterwards! Something that can't be done with just an app.

What do the Pebbles measure?

We're on the same level as your usual smartwatch. Biomarkers such as heart rate variability (HRV), oxygen saturation (SpO2), and skin temperature help us determine your personal well-being score. We mainly focus on the effect of the breathing exercise on your body, so we can offer personalized exercises!

How often should I use the Pebbles?

We recommend 10 minutes a day for at least 2 months in a row. This gives you plenty of time to get used to breathing techniques and feel the positive health effects!
